DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow

additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will

contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Additional costs may occur with delivery in case there are sudden increases in shipping costs. We will inform

you if this is the case and you will have the right for a full refund if required. If shipping is outside UK

mainland, additional delivery charges may occur.

Electricscooter4u.com and their suppliers do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Most of our shipping and associated supplier shipping has tracking numbers. If we have a tracking number we

will email it to you so you can track the order. As we try to keep our costs low, not all products have tracking

numbers.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Electricscooter4u.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed

during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Electricscooter4u.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your

order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
